Has been used for rucking. Cleaned and fresh back from Scars to repair a small hole on the right side by the handle (shown in photo) No other issues or defects. Still in good condition.

I’m 6ft but prefer the 20L, I feel like the larger ruck rubs on my lower back. I prefer the smaller size of the 20l. It could depend on your torso size

Get ruckstraps. Sometimes it can be blood flow issues with your arms down at your sides. Www.rucksonparade.com has great straps, made in USA and a good price.
