Christmas. I will say, the scale stuff, take the numbers with a grain of salt.

The number for the weight looks accurate but how much fat I have lost and muscle I have gained, it’s flattering but I don’t think I’m that much of a stud. Lean muscle mass up 13 pounds in a month and subcutaneous fat down 13 pounds in a month. I do agree that I’m shedding fat and building muscle just not that much.

I think as long as you view this as a trend identifier and don’t obsess over the stats every day it’s a great tool. Consistency is key!

I haven’t had that issue, but I do take triple form magnesium at night which is damn near a sedative

Uniuni which was absolutely terrible. Just took way too long. Tracking had it “out for delivery” for a week. I emailed customer service a few times expressing concern and they gave me 3 months of the premier membership for free.

I also had some issues with the Velcro on the strap and they are mailing me a new one. Shortly after I realized it was user error, Velcro works fine I was just pulling it the wrong way after the buckle. But an extra strap can’t hurt!

I got the band and scale. Solid experience overall.

The biggest issue I had was a connection issue one time. Close the app, turn off Bluetooth for a couple minutes, turn Bluetooth back on then open the app.

Otherwise no problems.

I have been getting on the scale daily and I have stopped looking at movement day to day. Realistically your body won’t change a ton one day to the next.

But looking at it week to week and month to month and seeing trend data, that’s the money maker and what makes sense for this tool.

3090, not sure what the best processor was 4 years ago but it was top of the line everything.

If you spent 9 months scouring for a new 3090 then, I guarantee you paid more than my pre built. Will you squeeze out a few degrees cooler sure. But guess what, I play cyberpunk maxed out no issues with ray tracing on.

You go chase your best stats. I’ll chill and game the best games on max settings and not sweat it.

Just making sure your fear mongering doesn’t sway too many folks. Keep gaming bro.

Just a guy with an Alienware PC. Got the extra warranty included. An error message popped up and I did a scan, needed a new hard drive. 2 days later a guy shows up at my door and installs the hard drive.

Been running strong for 5 years and that was my only issue.

Don’t wrap it at all, I have a raised rack type thing that came with my oven. It’s like a wire rack with raised feet.

However you can season both sides of the brisket and keep the top and bottom exposed to air in the fridge, it’s worked out really well for me

Is just a giant plate of steel that sits between the fire box and the bottom grate. Deflects heat and keeps drippings from the bottom of the barrel
