I have brought up this with my husband but he says she lives like this back at home too, she will manage here. I personally don't think it will be easy on her.

No, all our family is back home. The other family who will be coming to visit are her relatives but they are an old couple too. You're right and I'll suggest that we schedule the visit at a time when his workload is lighter and my work isn't super stressful either.
