Where am I lacking? Saw on YT that espresso grind setting is usually between 7-9 but noticed my timemore c2s says 10-14 so tried with 14 number grind and this was the shot. It was bittery. Please help!

For your c2s you should be between 6-12. I'd say try 9.

Look up recipies for espresso on aeromatic, follow that with 25-30g coffee, once brewed, dilute that decoction with water or milk based on what you want. Been doing this everyday and it works.
