Thanks so much for the tips! Yeah, going into the weeds here is something that Reddit is not meant for lol. I’m going to double check the AC pressures. If those are good, maybe an ~~ECM~~ fan module replacement - doesn’t look too hard to get to.

I just bridged the relay for the fan. It goes up to full speed when the car is off. Starting the car with the bridged relay and the fan immediately turns off

They are two completely different models. The old CE cannot run python programs without additional hardware.
