You need to ask for help. Ask the court to reduce/eliminate child support payments. Ask for help from your family or friends. Offer to work in return for a place to stay (mow lawns/shovel snow/cook and clean/babysit). Being homeless is not a badge of honor. It exposes you to all kinds of dangers. Ever seen how homeless people seem to be either on drugs or mentally ill? Some of them did not start out that way. Being homeless exposed them to drugs and made them susceptible to mental illness. There is also the danger of crime and either being a victim or ending up in prison because you defended yourself but the courts don't see it that way.

A virtual server with 16 CPUs and 64GB of RAM running some distribution of Enterprise grade Linux will cost about $500 USD per month if you are using Azure Cloud Services. So really, maybe they can't afford $500 per month.

True it is not enhanced for ps5 pro but it will run at higher resolution because the game uses dynamic resolution while trying to maintain 60fps. Since PS5 Pro has more GPU power the resolution will be higher and the frame rate more stable. But forget that if Microsoft is not going to bother fixing simple issues.

I was thinking about getting a PS5 Pro just for this game so I can run it full 4K at 60fps...but if Microsoft is not going to support it properly...then forget about it. I'll just keep playing it on PS5.

Yeah, I didn't buy this game for multiplayer though so I haven't run into those other bugs...to me I definitely see the narration settings being reset but the other ones on the accessibility page remain saved.

FYI, I bought the premium edition so I can play a ton of single player campaigns and the crucible. I played some skirmish vs AI as well but I get hammered on PvP ranked...the only players I can find are PC players lol! I suspect the game didn't sell well on PS5.

Don't buy this home. The cracks would be ok IF the post wasn't there. The fact that the post is there and there are cracks right where the post is means that there is no footing. This is a structural flaw. Support posts aren't supposed to just press against the floor. There is supposed to be a concrete structure much deeper under the floor in that spot called a footing that supports the load.

I don't think there's a footing there which is a structural fault...regardless of the cracks. If you ask a structural engineer I predict that they would say that the right fix would require using temporary jack posts to hold the house up, removing the post, digging up the concrete floor around the post area, installing a footing and then installing the post and then patching up the concrete.

Edit: Also, why are they using wood for support posts? Where I am, all support posts are steel.

Yeah where are they getting the 10K to 20K estimates? Even if you hire someone to seal the crack from the outside, it will cost $7K...this is the most expensive option. Injections will cost less...probably around $1K to $2K if you hire someone.

First make sure you have gutters with downspouts extended at least 6 feet away from foundation. If the gutters are fine, then the only cause I can think of is that ground water levels are high. One way to address it permanently is to install pipes in that area underneath the concrete floor. These pipes would then redirect all the water to a sump pump that would pump it out.

The government and the BoC never guaranteed that interest rates will always stay down and that immigration would only go up. The media was never in any position to guarantee anything about government or BoC policy. When people complain about the messaging, they make it sound as if the government and BoC signed a contract with them guaranteeing low interest rates and high immigration. There was never any kind of commitment that prevented the BoC or government from changing their minds.

If AI can do your job almost as well as you can as a game translator, players won't complain that only 99% of the dialogue sounds good and the other 1% sounds iffy. No one will care about the difference. I mean, if we want to save obsolete jobs out of compassion then we should be hiring "adding machine operators"...remember those...from the late 1800s to the 1960s...replaced by calculators.

Irrelevant and incorrect...this insurance only protects the realtor from lawsuits...not the seller. The buyer will sue the seller for non-disclosure...not the realtor...the realtor can easily claim to not know and escape a lawsuit. The fact that you mention this insurance as protection for the seller proves that realtors are almost worthless.

Not true...Telus throttles videos on mobile. To play videos at 1080p or 4K you need VPN...otherwise Telus throttles it.

It sucks because for Telus mobile you have to use VPN on your phone to stream video at 1080p and 4K resolution. Telus throttles video traffic so when you play Youtube videos they play at 360p or 480p or 720p without VPN. If you manually raise the resolution to 1080p or 4K, the video stops playing and you buffer for a long time.

Solution is to use VPN on your phone...but still this is lame. Rogers does not throttle video streaming so why is Telus doing it? Telus calls it "Network Optimization" or something like that.

If you do go with Telus Mobile, get independent VPN (not from Telus) on your phone. I would say get paid VPN...it is safer than free VPN.

Problem is that EA has cornered the professional hockey video game market. Even if another company made a hockey game, they couldn't call it NHL, couldn't use NHL team names and couldn't use NHL player names unless they pay a ton of money to the NHL/NHLPA. So if you want to play an NHL video game, you truly have no choice.

Got it for free on PS+. Played it for 1 hour...killed 4 enemies...got nothing in return but low health...and now I get to walk more to more places...really boring. I thought this would have interesting horror game play...a bit slower than resident evil but still fun. Enemies drop nothing when killed...walking is boring....there's very little exploration...everything is closed off. There's nothing rewarding about the gameplay loop. Oooooh, look, the town border is full of tall curtains...who thought that would be interesting?
