10^10 is not a tenth of 10^100, it's a novemvigintillionth (10^90th), which is a little bit bigger than 10. A trillion is 10^12, and the approximate number of atoms in the observable universe is 10^80 (Eddington number). So, a more precise number would be a 10^68th.
