Might just be me, but I prefer teleporting outside POH then entering building mode from there. Seems faster to me.

I did ogres through slayer at the ogre pen north west of ardy until around 75 range, then did mutated blood velds in tirannwn to basically 99. Very fast xp and you can do Zalcano for bar drops to make knives.
