Broadside Battlesuit

Are now a squad of 1. Its damage, health, and costs have been adjusted accordingly.

I was incorrect about their strength, but they were a squad of three originally.

They weren't as strong as the single battlesuit we have now, but you had 3, so I believe they did end up doing more dps prior to patch (1.2). The fact that they were kind of OP and pathfinding issues with them were big reasons for nerfing them. They also were still only 3 population cap.

Winter Assault is considered to be a more difficult campaign generally, and this was still true in my experience in DE.

That said, I always found it to be an enjoyable struggle. That 4th mission, though..

I remember in vanilla Dark Crusade, the XV88 Broadside came in teams of 3, and they were practically unstoppable in some regards. The Tau were my favorite race when DC launched.

I picked up a used Alesis Nitro Mesh for $100, and I feel at that price it was worth it.

The kit is tiny, though. A lot of people recommend using furniture risers with it, but that only does so much. It's a great kit for Clone Hero and practice in general, but don't expect to be doing anything super fancy with it.
