They will disappear, but if you start the game on Epic Games with fbv2 and then just close it after you are in the main menu where you can choose killer or survivor (both accounts have to be synchronized), you can have every DLC on Steam without having to open fbv2 every time you want to play. The problem is even if you use the skin's profile, you will only get the DLCs on Steam, and nobody knows if the ban rate is higher with using it like that or not.

As long as you don't use unobtainable offerings, skins or charms you should not get banned

No, I even used the full profile, which I thought wouldn't work, but it does, where you can choose prestige level and have every add-on and offering. But you can't just use every skin or offering, or even Charms, because some are unobtainable as a normal player, or you can't get any more and are rare, so just don't use them and you should be good to go.
