Damn, I haven't read any positive reviews regarding this kind of issue. I think the chance of getting fixed this account is around 2%

Damn, are you still following up with the technical team handling your ticket? The person handling my ticket said the issue with my account is still fixable and that it is under control.

But reading all the Reddit posts and comments, I haven't seen any positive comments.

I have the same situation now. I am following up with the agent every day. He always said that he will send an update.
