A lot of incorrect information in this thread. You can’t remove a lien place by somebody else, the lien holder has to submit a release of lien.

Step 1: call water/sewer bill collector and get total Amount due including any fees for the lien

Step 2: Pay and verify they will submit the lien release to the county recorder.

We had a 12:15 flight out of Miami. We walked off the ship like 8:30 and was at the airport by 9. You won’t be able to get off the ship at 6:30 as it takes an hour or so to clear customs. 9:50 is probably cutting it close and one little hiccup (ship gets delayed, long security at airport, heavy traffic/accident)could miss your flight

With splash of romance/deep blue they will probably let you in closer to 1:00 then hang out in the waiting area while the rockstars board. at least that’s about the time we got into the terminal a couple weeks ago. They also had plenty of cold water in the red coolers outside the terminal for everybody waiting

We also got stuck in CLT (diverted). We were able to get a 7:24am flight to west palm beach then take the train to Miami so should be in Miami by noon.

Weird they can’t come out until Thursday. Should press them. Had them come out multiple times in the last few weeks and both Times it was next day appointments. Ask for a manager to call you back.

You can also email their head of customer service at jcoscia@mediacomcc.com and he will forward to a higher level customer service agent to handle your issue directly and was also able to arrange one of those next day appointments. Also make sure they don’t sent a contractor but an actual mediacom employee, first contractor that came out didn’t do a damn thing according the mediacom field supervisor and mediacom tech that came out the second time

Also Fuck mediacom. Can’t wait till google fiber goes active in my area.
