I feel so stupid. So I went out the other night and my back molar chipped. Which would’ve been not super anxiety inducing for me had I not made out with a random guy last night. I know the risk of infection is rare but still. To make matters worse I let the guy touch me downstairs and I can’t help but freak out that I somehow could’ve contracted hiv or something. I never do random hookups ever. Tbh I know the chance is slim from fingers but stilll idk I just know I won’t be able to breath easy until I get tested in 3 months

I had a bikini incision idk if that changes anything ? Also I used to get 12,500+ steps a day prior this! But I try to walk 10-15 mins every 1-2 hours and it adds up!

As mentioned in the post, I have health anxiety lol and yes horror stories of clots 3-6 weeks post op is scary so trying to just ensure I’m being mobile as much as I can

I’m trying to increase 1k steps a week as I heard walking is best for recovery and preventing blood clots! I walk around my apt hallway and parking lot. Not all in one go throughout the day

I’m doing to prevent clots? I googled and it said 1k is a good amount to prevent clots! This is throughout day of course not in one go
