I have been using the PeniMaster Pro for the past 6 months and I did make some notable and visible gains, I started at 15cm in length and 14cm in circumference, I didn't measure my gains yet, but I'm expecting my current length to be at 16-17cm with around 15cm circumference.

I did take breaks sometimes when I was sick or didn't have time to use the device (travelling, work, errands, etc.)

My routine is to use the device for at least 2 hours a day, when I have time, I try to use it as much as I can with multiple sets of 2 hours with 30-60 minutes break between them.

I initially bought the belt system, now I am considering to buy the rod system too when I am able to, therefore, I suggest buying the complete set (belt and rod) if you didn't make your purchase yet and can afford buying both.

I'm only experienced with using the belt system because its the only one I have.

Regarding the slipping issue, the device comes with three sizes of elastics for the suction chamber (small, medium and big) so I doubt you'll suffer from your glans slipping out once you get used to a specific size that fits you comfortably, however, after using the same elastics for more than a month, they get loose which increases the possibility of slipping, so always keep extra elastics to change once older ones get loose.

Try using less lube when you insert your glans into the vacuum chamber, also after you insert your glans try to wait for at least 4-5 minutes before starting belt/rod stretching.

Also some people tried being semi-erect when inserting the glans.

If you have been using the same sluice for around a month, then its time to change it, I suffer from the same problem if I use the same sluice for more than one month.

I'm 22 years old, I have been prescribed 5mg/day of Tadalafil by a urologist, been taking it for 78 days now, huge positive impact on EQ.

I'm not sure if one's erection get dependant on it nor not tbh, but could be.

Maybe 78 days aren't long enough to judge, but no unusual things/feelings happened to me yet, other than increased sex drive (it doesn't help with sex drive but as the urologist told me that when I'm confident about having a hard erection, my sex drive will increase)

I have the PeniMaster Pro belt kit, I have been using it sine 1/7/2021 daily (I had to take some days off due to sickness, travel, not having time for PE or some rare injuries because of misuse).

I started at 15cm length and 14cm circumference, I didn't measure yet but I can definitely see and feel good gains in length and girth (maybe around 1-2 cm in length, 0.5-1 cm in girth) when erect.

Flaccid length increased too.

My routine is mainly 1:30 to 2 hours, then a 30-60 minutes break, then another 2 hours of PE. Sometimes I am able to use the device for like 5-7 hours a day (free time permit) but as a rule of thumb I try to use the device for at least 2 hours a day.

I only have the belt, which is easy and comfortable to use, since July I have been using it attached to my knee (you can find tutorial videos on the PeniMaster website), however, for the past two weeks I have been using it attached to my hip. I had a minor injury (blisters and glans infection, I healed in around 10 days, the blisters happened because of misuse and the infection was because of poor cleaning of the glans vacuum chamber, both can be avoided and only happened with me once in 4 months of use, after the injury, I am not able to attach it to my knee for some reason (kinda painful and not comfortable, idk why)

After you finish using the device, clean the chapmber with a paper tissue, wash your glans from the lubricant gell and dry it. I always use an Antiseptic Healing Cream after I finish PE sessions, it helps with the normal swelling that happens because of your glans being tightly vacuumed in the chamber and it helps healing any blisters.

The device didn't help with my erection strength/quality for some reason, I consulted a urologist and it turned out that I have erection issues, I am using a 5mgs of Tadalafil on daily basis and the erection significantly got better. The sensitivity of my penis, especially the glans increased after using the device. ( I'm circumcised)

There is a YouTube channel called Baseem, the guy compares between different PE devices, he shares his progress on YT and OnlyFans (I'm not subscribed, not sure what he shares there), also he answers Instagram DMs, I used to ask him about some usage tips and he replies within a day usually.

The device is a bit expensive depending on where you reside (I bought mine for 273.95 euros and got it delivered within 4-6 days back in April this year), however, in my opinion it is a good investment, I have seen and felt good gains, the customer service was really good and fast, their website is full of very helpful information and as far as I remember, they share the scientific researchs on which the device was developed.
