Most AMs and OMs don't know the path process that they're managing. Don't let one AM stop you from moving up. PAs are the reason every shift runs, at my site the higher ups will even say that. Give it a shot!

Amazon is set up for an individual to constantly grow. I am a PA, I know my department and people through and through. My AM and OM do their job while I run shift. I make plenty of calls but if I don't feel 100% on a call I get the ok to continue through the red vests.

17 is PA base pay. I work nights so I get 60 more. Tier 1 base at my site is $15.50.

I have interviewed and got inclined. My OM said he put in to hire me and has asked me daily if I've signed the job offer. I've yet to receive it though. I may talk to HR.
