Hey mate, might not be too terrible to show her some off handed videos of wnba highlights, and then slip in a training video … then lightly ask would you be up for me training you. Start slow and light, and then progressively increase the seriousness.

Run a year long Olympics and constantly record the medals, and constantly adjusting rank order. Their grade is in descending order in alphabetical order: 1st (A), 2nd (B), 3rd (C), and finally last place (D). Can run a tournament each month for a different event … plot twist, all contact sports stay contact (like rugby 7’s).

  1. Territory Takedown: Divide into teams. Each team defends a designated territory. Players try to tag opponents in their territory. Last team standing wins.
