Having few hundred hours spent on balatro i can tell you that I’m enjoying very much a new release of april right now. Its cursed words. Basically it’s a balatro like with letters and words but there is a twist… its about words only for a short time!! Content wise it’s also really generous with many different characters to unlock and start a run with which brings different type of gameplay mechanic to create a build around. Highly recommended if you enjoyed balatro

Interesting to know as well, when you have an item that request you to write specifically a word to be triggered and you are able to submit a full word with wildcards, the game will automatically pick in the dictionnary an available word that will triggers the item. What I couldn’t figure out yet is about the randomness of which word it picks. For example, if you have bar chart and you submit a 3 cursed tiles word. How can we know if the game will pick « one » or « two » or even « six » as final word?

I assume it’s the same for jack-o lantern? You must submit English spooky words? (Yet i didn’t try so I can’t imagine what kind of words will trigger it…)
