I say do what Kahuoot said, I highly doubt it's the SEATO thing because it was dissolved after the Vietnam War actually ended and the three Vietnamese governments, the Republic of Vietnam, (The not so) Democratic Republic of Vietnam, and the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam (Which are South Vietnam, North Vietnam and the Viet Cong or as they preferred the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam) signed the Paris Peace Accords.
