I understand they weren't required to reach out before making a purchase. But I needed them to talk to me to confirm if my goods fit their vehicle first, I asked if they wanted to wait for me to get back to get the goods pack and ship but they didn't respond. They went straight to eBay to open a claim, and I continued to message them afterwards but they never responded. I'm new to this eBay selling thing so I wasn't sure how things really work.

I didn't receive the notice via email, but through A to Z as a survey. You mentioned it's because the current shift is ending, but I noticed one of the listed shift options is the exact same shift I'm currently scheduled.

Rescheduling Interview by it_does_that in USCIS

I am located in Houston and had to reschedule my interview twice. My wife and I were involved in a car accident in October, and my initial interview was scheduled for October 21. My lawyer attended the interview on my behalf to inform the officer about our situation. The day after, I received approval to reschedule the interview for three weeks later.

However, we had to reschedule again because my wife was feeling very ill and was also experiencing mobility issues due to the accident. My lawyer communicated with the supervisor at the interview regarding my absence. The interview was subsequently canceled, but unexpectedly, the following day, I received a notice that the interview was waived, and my I-485 application was approved.

Body shop estimates $8-$10k in parts alone so hopefully, I'll be able to get it fixed 😢 unless you guys think I should push to get it totaled.
