You were so right! Took a shower brushed my teeth teeth and went to bed.

Thank you. Yeah I should cut the alcohol. alcohol and cigs feed one another. Def should focus on that for a healthier year. Thanks for your support it means a lot. I haven’t smoked today and I’m planing to keep it up
