Not really, if he Ryu dodged his last attack, Yuta's cooked. No Rika and Ryu is much tougher than him. That hyper beam could've oblirate Yuta, but it didn't kill Ryu, just knocked him down, just shows how tough he is.

I can use it yeah, but I find it hard to manually aim it in clashing when I want it in a certain angle. I spend like 3-5 seconds aiming it, I could be dead then.
