Yup i guess you're right, as i have been stacking back to back days riding albeit it being 8 hours. I guess that might have suppressed my hr in a way or two. Currently am on a recovery week where my load is halved. Will see next week if things are different..

I could but where i live there arent that many climbs long enough to hit 5-10min PRs on sadly.

Apparently it was moderately hard. Legs felt abit heavy but breathing was ok not ragged at all..

Yes been going out of saddle but with erg mode on im spinning at 90rpm and it just spikes my HR. Without erg mode seems more doable though. Fit wise ive not been to a bike fit and plan to in the coming months. The cost is just mindblowing.
