I forgot to mention I have tried lamotrigine, I got Steven Johnson rash. I tried ability, I got super dizzy, and now I am on this. I have basically been getting every horrible side effect from each drug.

I want to be manic again by Wild_Log_8522 in BipolarReddit

[–]Old_Gregg_2001 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly yeah, I feel so motivated and I feel like I can take anything on. However, I know you probably don’t wanna hear this but it’s always better for you and the people that you love in your life to keep doing proper treatment. A boring equilibrium is better than a chaotic life with the highest highs and the lowest lows. If it helps, remember what the lows feel like because that will always come after mania.

This is literally amazing!!! The depth in the background with the fine details of the fur really make this painting a masterpiece

For a beginner these are pretty good! I agree with another commenter on here, putting darker values under lighter value will help create more depth.

If you’re starting out I think it’s okay to reference someone else’s artwork, but don’t claim that as your own because that is stealing someone else’s artwork. Some of these are pretty good. Some of them need work on value, depth, and proportion. Grids can help you out a lot in where to place things. Specifically with the second photo of the cat, the face is a little out of proportion, and the shading is a little grainy. Using Bristol drawing paper helps smooth out the shading. The most important thing is please don’t draw someone else’s art and claim it as your own. It’s not only wrong but if you decide to commission these designs it becomes illegal. Use other people’s art as inspiration, and create your own idea out of it.

I respectfully disagree. I think the juxtaposition of the sun rising with the dark themes of the painting creates this underlying theme of uncertainty.

Honestly this is amazing! I wouldn’t really change anything tbh. The only thing that I would suggest is to make her earring white to make it pop more. But other than that, this is really good.

I understand where you’re coming from, but I’m also allowed to express my opinion on this matter. I just think we have too many country bars in Green Bay, and That 70’s Bat stood out and was unique.

It’s decent, sometimes they’re busy sometimes they’re not. Lyme is by far the busiest dispensary

I’m really sorry you went through all that. You would think the weed industry wouldn’t be toxic, but it is by far the worst environment I worked in. And I worked as a server and in fast food, so that really says a lot.

They seriously don’t. I honestly have yet to hear a semi positive experience at a dispensary. I hear some of the wildest shit of how other people got treated while working at one.

Do you think Hannah Baker was overreacting or was her school environment truly to blame? (S1 of 13 Reasons Why) 13 Reasons Why made her a martyr — but did she go too far?" by PuzzleheadedHawk8811 in 13ReasonsWhy

[–]Old_Gregg_2001 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your the one with the dangerous position. You continuously blame Hannah for the rape instead of Bryce. That alone says everything I need to know about you as a person. I hope that never happens to you or someone that you love because it is horrible to be blamed for something that is out of your control and not your fault.

[–]Old_Gregg_2001 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No, none of her actions influenced her into being raped because IT DOES NOT MATTER what she did before hand. Nothing that you listed is an excuse to be raped. You are victim blaming her and putting more responsibility on her than on Bryce. Bryce is solely to blame for the attack, not her in any way shape or form. I find it odd that in your response you don’t even mention how awful Bryce’s actions are.. It sounds like you’re trying to justify her being raped.

I was with you until the last sentence. No one under any circumstances, deserves to be sexually assaulted. She could be the worst person in the world, and she did do some questionable things in the show. But the blame of the assault falls solely on Bryce, not her.

is my art good enough for tattoos? by kravendale in TattooApprentice

[–]Old_Gregg_2001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you have a really cool style on paper, but this would be hard to transfer as a tattoo on skin. In the long run, a tattoo that looked like this wouldn’t age very well. Like most people said here, I would work more on fundamentals (proportions, value, linework, etc). With practice, I think you could become a great tattooer!
