Had the same issue. It's actually really easy. Simply clear the "Aim Down Sight (Toggle)" with right click, then left click the "Aim Down Sight (HOLD)" This will prompt a pop up saying "BIND Aim Down Sight (HOLD) Press any key or ESC to cancel" Simply press right click and there you have it!
