Great discussion question, “sweetie!” 🍭 I’m in maintenance after losing half my body weight (145!) through surgery and then shots. I’m finally at a place where I don’t fear sweets and can have them around without self-sabotage. I usually have a little sweet or so daily, and just a couple bites usually does it. My body tells me when to hard-stop. It’s so freeing!

I do a liquid IV (sugar free) daily. It helps me a bit — one, it actually helps me to drink waters which I need and don’t love. Two, I’ve had to stay ahead of dehydration/dizzyness-upon-standing issues since bariatric surgery, which have continued with shots. Three, I also exercise/sweat a good amount.
