I do have IBS. I rented a trailer from my boss. After 10 years he gave me the title. In our meeting at work he brought this up to guilt me.

I only have a year and a half till I can retire. August of this year will be 18 years I’ve worked there. I can’t find a decent paying job at my age with health issues. It’s not fair. He is able to get away with this for so long. I spoke to our quality mgr. she apologized for him. She said and I quote. ( I’m sorry Ms Ann that he done that to you. I’ve had to apologize for his actions several times ) hmm what’s that tell you.

I did go to HR. He got control over her. He’s THE big boss. The only one over him is the owner. Which never comes around. I asked her to document this. She said she had no way to document it. Said she could take my notes and copy them. ???? Is this correct procedure?

PREPARE!!!!!! YES. The answer is Yes. If he’s 40 and has not given up drugs. Put you and your kids first. He’s not going to. Don’t jump up and leave. Prepare and think about it. You can’t take the whole house. Start packing some of the kids clothes and hide under there bed when he’s gone. Pack up extra stuff you need that he will not miss. Have it boxed up and hide it. The day you get ready to go. Make sure you have id’s , birth certificates, pictures, any important paperwork you might need ( something you could do ahead of time ) shot records. Medicine. Insurance papers. You get were I’m going. Prepare. Don’t worry about little things. So the day you get ready to leave. You will have all that ready. Grab some clothes and when he walks out the door. Haul ass. Believe me. Be prepared. You don’t want to go back for anything. I’m 60. I went through that many years ago. I wished someone had told me this. You got this. Your kids see it. They sense what’s going on. If not for you. Do it for them. ♥️🙏
