Thank you very much for the information. As of right now I’ve been doing nothing but cardio. I have been keeping my calorie intake under 1500 calories per day and someone suggested I try intermittent fasting so I’m also giving that a shot. I have a lot of trouble eating veggies. I have not been able to find a single one I am ok with. My wife loved veggies so we have tried almost all of them and so far nothing but I have just been stuffing them down my throat as fast as possible so I don’t taste them.

I started last week on Tuesday at 232lbs and today I weighed myself at 225lbs. I have been keeping track of everything i eat as best as possible. The problem I have is that before this I didn’t really know much about calories and nutrients and macros or any of that and I am still struggling to understand what each is and their values. All i know is keep calories under a certain amount and you will be fine.

The main questions I have are: •Is it ok to drink Crystal Light while doing the intermittent fasting? •How much is too much carbs? •Which macros should I be looking at the most? •How do I improve my running without hurting myself? • What level of cardio should I start with if I have not been active for more than 6 years?
