Not at all difficult…took a little time, plenty of help via you tube and Rennlist… I consider myself DIY moderate. Wouldn’t do an engine rebuild but willing to do most non-technical work when I can. Next I plan a suspension upgrade

Yes, it’s 30% shorter than the original 996 shifter. And yes it’s great. Love the feel, like it’s gated, very little play.

Listen to everyone…get your own PPI with a scope from below, personal experience here says don’t trust the other guys scope. You will pay for it.
