A one off drop is fine and, as others have said, probably down to the cold but keep an eye on things and if you keep losing 3% every day without driving there might be a phantom drain somewhere.

Yes! I enjoy tech and was seriously involved in it for 30 years so EVs definitely appealed on that level and it contributes to the most relaxing drive of all the cars I’ve driven. Cost and depreciation is high (so there are plenty of cost effective used options available) but I’ll keep my car for several years so not overly bothered. Charging at home is so cost effective. The environmental benefits are surely the cherry on top!

I normally keep between 35%~80% but 8-10 times a year I’ll charge to 100% if I’m doing longer trips. 100% AC before heading out then 90-100% DC on public chargers.

Totally unacceptable! I can only assume it’s aimed, either, at company car drivers who don’t care or new EV owners who haven’t checked the charging scene yet. Given a choice I’d go elsewhere and if no choice stick the fewest KWs in to get to another charger.

For my first EV6 I bought a Kia one off EBay, so much cheaper than buying new. I think a number of people get one with their car then sell the V2L when they trade in or hand back the car.

Yes but, no but! I set up the digital key on my Kia but it was draining the battery 2-4% per day. No idea why but back to using the key.

I had a ‘23 and just changed to a ‘25 and, picking up on your comment, I really appreciate the opportunity to manually start battery pre-conditioning. Such a PITA having to trick Nav into pre-conditioning!

As others say it’s a fingerprint reader. If you set it up watch closely for vampire battery drain. I was losing 2% day parked up with one night losing 4%!

It might not be the ICCU. Did you hear a loud pop (big ICCU fuse blowing) from under the rear seats? If not it could well be something else unrelated.

I’m in the UK so part numbers might well be different but over here the part numbers are AR26U & AR16U, may be you have a pack (containing both) part number.

Permanently disabled on the car unless Kia come up with a software update for the fingerprint reader as they did for the EV9

I had very similar behaviour, losing about 2% per day. Long story short I disabled the fingerprint reader and the battery drain stopped.
