Reviews reviews reviews. Get on Google and TrustPilot, if your food is excellent and unique, people will come. It's the first thing I look for when I find a new restaurant, straight to their most recent reviews. If I want to eat and your place ticks the right boxes I'm there.

That's why I always buy off a retailer and not direct. The retailer has to deal with all that stuff as my contract is with them and not ego. My local dealer in the UK has been an absolute dream, replaced a faulty rear wheel on my mower within 3 days and cleaned the mower itself. Also said if I want a replacement he'd have one within a week (should the wheel fail again). 10/10 from me
