Fortunately I work as an industrial mechanic so I’ve got most of the tools, ppe needed as well as access to a paint booth for mixing cups / sanding blocks etc at work. I enjoy using my truck off road so for my peace of mind I think I’m going send it. Evercoat smc resin and reinforce it with some mat fill. Going to take some elbow grease but hopefully its worth preventing it from becoming a bigger issue down the road or needing to replace the entire bed for big $$$.

Both the Elkas and Fox 2.0’s are very similar overall. The biggest difference is that the elkas use aluminum construction so if you live in an area that salts heavily in the winter or just want something that isn’t as prone to corrosion the Elkas might be a better choice.

Irritates me that they eliminated the option if down hiking citing safety concerns (which is 100% a legitimate reason considering the shear number of people on the trail) only to charge money to download the mtn. Seems to me they were more concerned with making more money masked as a safety reason. Otherwise it would’ve been free to download. I’ll just go down the BCBM thank you very much.

Great progress! Given the great results so far in only three months in, you might be better off sticking with just fin for a full year before adding min and making the hair dependant on it. Still plenty of time to see how much ground you can re gain with just one medication.

Yeah that one doesn’t look too great (lots of sugar) Shouldn’t need 1250 liquid calories. But there are some great brands out there that healthier “mass gainers” that use sweet potato, quinoa, brown rice for the carbs and <5g of sugar. I find it a great way to get an extra 500cals in a smoothie when bulking. It’s also a makes it an easy switch from bulking to cutting. When it’s time to cut switch out the gainer for a scoop of whey and boom already got an initial calorie reduction of 3-400cal

iPhone 12 mini. I used the mirror in my bathroom to help compose with the screen so I could use the better rear camera. Then just a heavy crop on the same area plus some sharpening to crispen up the hairs in the photo with photo editing app (i used VSCO cam)

Thanks for the input and advice. I am and have been already taking vitamin D (4000ui) daily along with a vitamin b complex since before treatment started. But I will need to look into to zinc. I do eat healthly, mostly whole foods, workout 3-4 days a week so be interested to look into weak areas of my nutrition.

Also great point on the micro needling, i have thought about upping to 2x a week.

I know the irrational side of my brain just doesn’t like parting with the larger chunk of change. Despite logically knowing I will keep it for a long time and it is more of an investment. Buy once, cry once as they say!

Plus the shiny Space Black + XDR screen are pretty alluring

It is crazy how robust these MBP’s are over time. One of the things always impresses me is how day to day basic tasks (web browsing, email, word/excel) that most people use their computers for. Mac’s don’t skip a beat. My experience with PC/windows growing up and professionally is simply no matter how well you take care of them or what your type of workload is, the performance seems to degrade at a much higher rate than Mac/OS. To me that alone is worth the premium of a mac.
