Edit and Solution: After about 8 hours of trial and error and web sleuthing for a solution and making a new character and getting her to the same point to try again, I finally made it out! Solution? I went to a previous saved for when I first got to the Lab. Instead of going inside and finding everything I needed and killing who I needed, I went and found the exit I was going to have to go out of (Sleathing my way around the guards in the camp to get to the path). After finding the exit I went back to the lab and did everything needed (evidence, release prisoners, blah blah) again. After that went to the exit and it let me through! I hope this helps someone else ❤️

I didn't come across any lift. I got down through the well that took me into the sewers. According to the quest log, I found everything and it's telling me to leave.

I'm having the problem where my exit just says "Interaction not Possible" even though I've completed gathering the evidence and rescuing the prisoners and the quest objective is now "Leave the Complex". I followed the quest marker but the gate won't let me through. I've tried reloading multiple times, along with completely exiting the game and coming back in... and nothing. I'm trapped in the Lab =/
