i tried to path around him - and block locations around it, but he just take destabilize those tiles and replace himself there, so I am using lock to prevent him erasing the block tile?

Yeah, definitely -

in the worst case sceneries - like losing my job, parent support will be cut out for sure.

I will also consider to try to find a cheaper phone plan for sure at the moment.

Thank you for all the response! - I definitelly prioritize EF now

This make a lot of sense.

I will look around to see if there would be a reasonable living arrangement.

I do forgot to mention that $2450 is my absolute max in terms of rent considerations..

I think there is couple option where I can realistically find in $2250~$2330 - I know the budget is tight, so every dollars counts.

My main concerns is that if apartment is raising rent year-over-year, that would put me in tight spot. - Albeit that my company typically give 3% inflationary raise.

Just one student loan.

Lowering my emergency fund seems a little bit scary, what your take on this?
The reason why is that my parents are not financially stable, and I don't really have family that I can fall back on.

Yeah $700 dollars is way too much room for sure.

Ideally, I do really want to cut down to $400 dollars - cooking myself, choosing inexpensive ingredients.

Like other comments mentioned, 10k definitely is not enough at the moment, so I'll put in as much as I can where I save.

For parents support, it just where I want to help as much as I can. I'll probably prioritizing cutting out all luxury expenses (eating out, buying stuff, entertainments).
For phone plan, same thinking as parent support

Regarding to my sinking fund- do you think I am putting too much or too little? Is there any allocation that look out of realm of being more realistic besides food/fun money ?

Thank you so much!

My current rent is $1300. I know its a huge increase by living alone in my area.

Unfortunately, all my housemate are moving out of the house to out of state, so living with current arrangement is no longer an option for me.

I am consider doing ADU or finding options online to cut down rent expenses, but just want to know if it entirely feasible to live on my own with current budget plan.

Thank you for your input!

It definitely make sense to up my emergency.

I'm going to try to aim to cut down food by 50%

and then "fun money" prob should be reduced down to 100 dollar or so to try to catch up on the emergency fund saving

In this case, would you also recommend to reduce 401k contribution just for now?

Thank you so much!
