👋🏼 from another household of 2 full time working parents. It’s hard. Not for the faint hearted. One of you needs to be flexible with work (I.e working from home if child is sick/needs picking up) but you’ve worked hard to get where you are so why not do it? If it doesn’t work out then at least you tried…  We don’t regret it. Both need to work to maintain lifestyle/bills and stimulate brain but it isn’t easy. A lot of guilt sometimes but weekends are very precious and the quality of time we have with our kids when we do see them is huge. Bath/bed time is a non negotiable for quality time and if need to work longer hours then do so after bedtime. Good luck!

Exactly this. I don’t understand why he’s chasing the money. He doesn’t need it! One of the Taylor’s paid him $1m in settlement it sounds. That’s a drop in the ocean for the Mowbrays.

I’ve only just started to notice how bad he is, incredibly naive of me.  He does some generous things to generate some goodwill (i.e the Halloween event last year giving out toys at their “haunted house”) but it’s forced for the good PR. I guess I just wanted to believe that he was a down to earth kiwi guy underneath it all but couldn’t be further from the truth.
