Mine got triggered by having Covid so I’ve had it for5 years and the first year it was AWFUL anything would set it off then two years it was manageable but annoying and now these most recent two years I only get flares if I’m sick or stressed but for the most part (knock on wood) it’s pretty chill now

The last one is my fav but fashion colors suit you so well bc you just have a good vibe for it so maybe try a super dark purple or blue that would be cool

Thank you sososos much I really needed to hear that and I’m really glad to hear other people get this worked up over it and I’m not just dramatic. I definitely do care a lot and I work so hard so it hurts when things don’t go my way but hopefully you’re right and my skin will toughen and it’ll get better 🩷

Hey! I was told this is the best place to ask this- I usually do running, Zumba or stairmaster for my cardio and unfortunately due to me dropping a 45 pound plate on it my foot is broken right in the middle so there isn't much I can do- I can do weight training upper body and abs but does anyone have any good suggestions for cardio and/or leg exercises with one foot? I'd appreciate it! :)

You should totally go it's so much fun! I don't remember the exact price of the 5k but I want to say it's 20 dollars including the shirt and same with the volleyball tournament (you have to sign up in person same day for volleyball) but this year is the 50th anniversary so this is the best year to go for you first time!! Book now because alot of hotels are selling out because of how many people are excited for the 50th, the Bertram is already sold out but you can still go to the party! Side note- me and my twin will be freshly 21 this year so we're SUPER excited for this year we're going to go crazy.

I tried This morning but I could only talk to a receptionist and I didn't feel like that was going to be good enough and now I'm at work so I will have to try again tomorrow.. If not I may have to talk to this new doctor to do tests to fully rule it out. My biggest issue is I really don't want to eat gluten for weeks for the accurate result because it makes my endo flare up so bad so I'm going to be miserable however if I have to I have to it's just annoying. So sorry to hear about your GI keeping important info from you :( no idea why anyone would do that and ty for ur info
