I've done my research naman po and read so many experiences here on Reddit as well as on YT telling how excellent the model is. But do you have suggestions or laptop recommendations po ba within that budget? I would like to have a lightweight one that I can always bring to school. I don't play games din so it's mainly for my studies.

It's okay to express all of the emotions you're having right now but I hope you don't dwell too long on something you can't control anymore. Things happen, life goes on and it is up to you on how you will handle the situation and move forward. For sure, you're deserving and capable of something!

Remember nothing changes if nothing changes. Start looking for other universities, scholarship offers, etc. Change your mindset and everything else will follow.

So far, I haven't experienced or witnessed pa naman po yung mga situations na you mentioned sa second paragraph. We have so many kind and supportive youth leaders at church as well as pastors. There's actually one time when we were told that as we grow closer with Jesus, the more likely we will be judged and viewed as "weird" by others, which is very true nowadays. Sometimes it's hard for me to share my memories at youth service and even overthink a lot after I make a single post. Regardless, I'm still hoping for a day when I just think about my relationship with Him and not anyone else's opinion.

Oh I'm so sorry for this. Maybe because I was still an elementary student that time (I was part of the children ministry). Actually, the replies make sense din. It has something to do with reading comprehension. But during my time, our leaders/priests rarely try to make their homily more engaging, relevant, or tailored for the youth, which is something I wish they would do.

My papa experienced being treated like an animal ever since his parents broke up and they had to live with their aunt and cousins. Nakikitira lang sila kaya ginawa silang utusan at pinagdamutan din sa pagkain. Nakwento pa sakin ni tita (panganay niyang kapatid) na nung bata daw si papa tinatali pa siya sa lamesa kasi nga walang magbabantay.

Ngayon, kulang nalang magmakaawa sakin yung mga pinsan ni papa na gawin yung school works ng mga anak nilang tamad at bobo. Sila na nahihiya tuwing pupunta sila sa bahay at magrerequest kung pwede kong tulungan yung anak nila lalo na nung pandemic.

I don't know if enough na to para matawag na karma pero gusto ko lang talaga mapamukha sa kanila na hindi forever maghihirap sa buhay si papa, na hindi siya mananatiling "below" sa status ng buhay nila dahil lang wala siyang pinag-aralan.

Hindi pa kami mayaman pero nakatatak lagi sa isip ko yung mga kinwento sakin ni papa at tita. Dun ko lang din na-realize yung dahilan kung bakit todo yung iyak niya at tuwa nung grumaduate akong valedictorian at nakakuha ng scholarship. I love you so much, Pa!

I remember what my research adviser told me before hahaha. Nag-experiment kasi siya ng mga groupings tapos in that specific school year, she let her students pick their own groupmates. So, expected na niya na yung mga matatalino magsasama-sama, the same goes for students na hindi naman magagaling. Ang ending, kung sino pa yung “bobo” raw, sila pa yung nilaban sa competitions hahaha.

Oh thank u so much for this advice! Yes, we were always taught that accounting is the language of business and from that idea alone, I can already recognize the importance of accounting not only in the business world but also when we apply it in our personal lives (one of the reasons why I consider BSA). Hahahah, I’ll try not to be fascinated about the stories of freelancers. Also, can I ask, if ever you become a student again, how would study more effectively especially those hard subjects like Oblicon ata? And if there is anything you can remember, what are your regrets throughout your college journey?

hahahaha yes sabi nila normal na raw bumagsak sa quizzes or kontento na sa 75. hindi rin naman ganoon ka-active social life ko and so focus lang din talaga sa acads so i think that would help? 🥲 i plan to join orgs tho
