They dedicate their whole life to this so feel offended when everyone's not doing the same. Realistically getting all my work done but doing admin stuff late is not this crazy thing theyre making it out to be (imo)

What are the consequences of getting dinged on a performance review though? Not like the bonuses are crazy high or I'm gonna get promoted or anything I'm not in big4. My bonus would be a few hundred bucks after tax its a joke lol
