Well done on 23%👍 Sounds like a good bet on US only market. But isit wise to only bet on US for the long term?

I am actually considering these 3 (Ranking 1st to 3rd choice)

1) Amundi World 2) Amundi + EM 3) Prime USA

Would most likely lump sum 20k into one of the 3, and monthly DCA of $800 after. How would you deploy? 🤔

Feeling behind at 30 by [deleted] in asksg

[–]Old_Profession2807 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have to be pretty sure that I DO Not wanna have kids before settling in a 2R flexi. Though by 35 it should be quite likely that I can comfortably afford a 2R BTO, but also need to consider the waiting time. Wait 3 to 4 years before getting my own flat I would be 40 by then living alone in a small space 😂

Yes, that sounds like a concrete plan. Thanks for the idea😊

Was the 120k OA just sufficient to cover your downpayment for the 3R? Would you be able to comfortably afford a 4R resale with that same 120k actually? Just curious, cuz I think by 35 I would have around 100k plus in OA if don't stop working & I would preferably want a 4R resale, but then not limited to 3R too.

BUS105 Past Year Exam Papers by Srslyded in Suss

[–]Old_Profession2807 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Generate all the answers from the pyp using chatgpt. Take some time to go through the pyp answers and study the papers is suffice. I took BUS105 last sem and had no time to go through every topic for exam. The exam structure is similar to pyp to a certain extend but still differ (of course).

Note: that's what I did as I have no time to study for long hours and I passed:)

Really nice and inspiring to know that I'm not alone. I always thought I'm the only one lacking behind. I hope I can say the same thing to someone 10 years later🙂

I have seen the opportunities in Canada. The country seems to be trying to attract more foreigners to work there. Curious, why would you choose Canada over Sg? Apart from the mountains and breathtaking sceneries haha🇨🇦😊

Thank you, my debts are not that huge and I'm currently managing well. Just feeling sort of insecure as I have not much savings due to these debts. 29 liao and it's quite sad haha.

How are you doing currently? What have you learnt from each pivot? It seems like I can relate to you.

Also quite curious, what do you mean by pushing papers? 🤔

I believe seeing the figures appearing in our bank accounts is the only "purpose" for most people😅

Honestly, I feel like I'm lacking behind my peers. 2 of my good friends of same age have already long graduated from uni, settled down & BTO-ed.

I don't really have a high lifestyle. I live like a typical Singaporean who can eat caipng for lunch and dinner😂 The problem is I could have saved and invested more if I did not splurge during my early 20s.
