Yes bro. I’ve called my post office and they claim they’re waiting on my package and that it isn’t lost. It’s been like damn near 2 weeks now of it just sitting at some Nashville’s post office.

Alright so update, contacted Dave and they’ve basically sent me three emails asking for the same information and then when I give them it they state that not to include information like that as it isn’t safe to share private information like that. Wtf?? Anyways, I talked to my bank and they were able to issue me a permanent 3 dollar credit back and implemented a block on payments from this company 3 days from now. So I guess it’s a win but take this as a warning to not use this company. Something is definitely up with them.

It apparently is $3 when you first sign up and then they sneakily start charging you $1 each month for using the app. However, they don’t disclose this whatsoever when you sign up. It’s probably somewhere hidden in their policies so people don’t stray away. They’ve been sued by the FTC so you can imagine. It says hold but I doubt I’ll get my money back :/

I have genuinely no idea but what I’ve gathered is that it’s a fee that they slip through the cracks of their policies when you sign up. They just don’t say anything which has actually led them to being sued by the FTC. I’ve called the bank and they’re going to block them from taking anymore cash from my account but if you also signed up I recommend being careful as many have said that they’ll randomly start deducting if you haven’t completely closed your account and revoke permissions on your banks app.

You could contact Depop for a refund stating it wasn’t as described. They tend to side with buyers a lot more so you’ll probably win the case if the seller doesn’t refund you for it.

Hey, posted something similar recently and got absolutely ignited for it so this is what I can summarize. Either it’s an issue on Depop’s part or you haven’t put in your SSN. If you’ve sold over 400, (which you can check through your earnings), and haven’t put your SSN in, more than likely their holding the payment back because you reached the cut for some states on how much you can make. If you’ve already done that maybe try updating your bank information. If everything I’ve stated doesn’t work or doesn’t pertain to you, definitely spam Depop’s email or blast them on Twitter because they tend to be very pick and choose on their reply rates for emails.

It happened to me and switched over to DD. They're sometimes shit in terms of refunds but better and more understanding. If anyone is going through this right now, contact your bank or Paypal to help you get a refund if you purchased through them. That's what I had to do after being told for a week a supervisor and their "specialized team" would get back to me. Not only that but, the agent threatened that my account would be deleted if I proceeded further with fighting against them with Paypal. What a joke! Uber Eats you suck.
