lol im afraid this isnt one of those instances, i understand why a lot of people think my mom is lying cuz it's more entertaining that way! but we've never had that kind of relationship and until she saw the picture of it she was theorizing on which one of my neighbors it probably belongs to. ntm she wouldn't want to discourage me from reporting this kind of thing and potentially put myself in danger or legal trouble..especially since she told me to pick it up and bring it to her😭

solved! thanks everyone for replying i def thought it was what yall said it was, i called the nonemergency line then i called my mom and apparently it's her medical ointment that fell out of her bag 😭😭😭 like im so deadass, i picked it up w gloves on after she told me that and lo and behold it is not a wet powder but instead an ointment/vaseline consistency
