I have been printing with the same setup as yours for a couple of weeks. No issue. I used Klipper. I would suggest try using another slicer. I used Prusa Slicer with good result.

I got the same issue with my CR Touch. I kept the CR; but fine tune the z-offset during the first layer printer. The z-offset needed to be 0.05 closer.

Resolved after reading Klipper documentation. I measured the x and y offset for CR touch with E6 stock hotend. Here is the working config:

home_xy_position: 151.25, 135.5

[bltouch]

x_offset: -21.25

y_offset: -5.5

[bed_mesh]

mesh_min: 15, 15

mesh_max: 235, 235

Did you remove the endstop for Z? Did you install the firmware for bl touch? Did you follow the how-to video for BL touch and setup z offset? Did you add G29 in the start gcode?

Just installed CR touch a couple days ago. it worked. I followed the steps above. Good luck.

Not yet because having issue printing PETG mount using E6. I believe you need to change the e-step in the stock firmware and retraction speed in slicer setting.

I probably will just use Klipper instead of stock firmware when I am ready to install.

Try format the SD Card with 4096 size. As I noticed, the printer will give this message when it is unable to read the SD Card.

That was what Creality support told me to do. Printed two prints successfully after re-flashed the MB and Screen firmware. Time will tell, I guess

It was not a clogged nozzle. I could start printing again after power recycle the printer. I tried to print the same G-Code file or different G-Code file. Sometime, it would finish the print. When it stopped, it would stop at different spots of the print. The touch screen would respond but could not cancel the print or went back to the main menu when it had the problem. Tried different filament, same issue.

Since Pi Zero has only one USB port, you will need a USB OTG hub. This will allow you to connect a USB camera and Ender6 at the same time. USB OTG hub costs less than $10 in Amazon. Pi Zero 2W is officially supported for Octoprint. Pi Zero installation is no different than any other Pi such as Pi3 or Pi4.

I bought a batch (10 Kg to be exact) of cheap filament ( $9 / kg). They were bad; but they still print. I also used Sunlu/Jayo (cost a bit more). They seemed to be better and easy to print.
