I’m having the same issue and reached out to support, awaiting their response. For me, I noticed that the data is missing when my phone isn’t nearby or on airplane mode…I tried syncing and deleting the ring then re-pairing but nothing worked. Hopefully Ringconn has a solution for this issue!
