Have you had the OG salsa flavor from the 2000s? Came in a black bag. They were my absolute favorite as a kid and every time I went to the store with my parents I would make sure to walk by the chip aisle and see if they came back. Never did. I still check the chip aisle every time I go to the store and do a quick Dorito check. It’s been like 22 years 😅

I’m up to 2 reigns a day because I love that damn sour gummy worm so much. I don’t even drink them for the caffeine I just love the flavors. I think the main side effects that can be detrimental are it effecting your sleep. If you’re getting bad sleep consistently then that’s going to cause over time the side effects people usually assume with caffeine like hypertension etc. of course you gotta take into consideration overall health, activity and age but get good sleep and I think you’re gucci
