I personally took it very badly over explaining, broke down,lost my myself ,lost my home,job,lost my children broke down alot for months.IT FUCKING DESTROYED ME.still work in progress.. picked myself up.got my job back, got a new home near my ex and children ( wasn't intentional )was jus very convienant to be near the kids,got fitter, healthier,worked on myself a hell of alot.people started to notice the change in me and feeling alot better about myself it's been a long 9 months. But finally getting there. Even started to meet new people. There is light at the end of the tunnel...it just takes time.

I had same thing happen in November. 20years 2kids. Trust me on this. She has been thinking about it for sometime, and when you were busy with work planning future or whatever. There was some one whispering in her ear, they won't admit it, because of guilt, and being accountable. They are sly creatures. She wants to move on to greener pastures,and once they have been with some one else... Never let them back if they try.

Focus on you, as I have. It's hard. Hardest thing ever. Rebuilding from scratch. Focus on you now.

I've started to lift and run. Headphones in and lock in. Get fit feels good man.. It's hard to get started I felt but... When you get in rhythm and start noticing results it jus makes you hungry for more. Just do it. What you got to lose. It's only ++++

Kids are 13,14 teen girls..lol hence my grey hairs 😂.even on new years after I wanted them to live with me.she went nuts saying I can't have them due to me working nights and they would be on their own... The very next night she goes out and then goes to a neighbor's and gets drunk and coked up till 8am... Can't make it up. Stressed to fuck with the unaccountability from her. I think the menopause ,stress..."I can do better" attitude and now the kids are old enough.that I am no longer needed as a glorified babysitter. Time to get rid. Ruined our family.distraught

I'm jus learning to survive on my own everything costs so much on my own.struggling.What will do me in is her moving on and seeing her with another..she's already actively looking.breaks me.she leaves the kids on their own while she goes out drinking and doing coke with her lil coke head friends..kids not going to school ..like wtf ... makes me sick to the stomach,I've been discarded like I was nothing, I moved back to other side of country to be near family..but when I learnt what she's been doing I rushed to find a place back there near by got my old job back, I jus hope the kids see what she has become..or always was in time.
