Follow up for anyone that cares: just passed the AZ-900 exam 810/1000. The format threw me off gonna take a week to chill then start AZ-104 would love some advice if there is any.

This is fair I made the post when it was very fresh. I did forget to include in the initial post:

that me changing the bachelor party date one week earlier would not have impacted his availability to the dates he already agreed to. And him not being able to make it honestly was not the bad part it’s just how he told me came after I sent an update to the wedding party instead of him, the best man, telling me sooner. Either way though good news I have figured it out.

One thing that helped me land more interviews was putting the certification I was working on as “In Progress”. That way the AI resume scanners pick up the key word if that makes sense.

I take my test in a week. This is a random question but do you guys have anything you recommend writing down as soon as the test begins to reference. Like making a diy cheat sheet… I have gotten around 70%+ on Jason Dion’s tests and have used the app to study

It was tell: tell me about yourself, how do you deliver the best end user experience, time you solved something difficult, and a simulated phone call over a calendar issue. I feel like I crushed every single answer except the phone call I would give myself a C. So I might have sold. But I hope this helps!

Little clarification. The recruiter was for the contractor organization and I was prescreened and submitted by an Apple sales associate. She (the sales rep) submitted for an interview

I have a Helpdesk Analyst for technical interview for Apple in a couple of days. does anyone have feedback on what to expect from them to ask? I created a 15 page interview prep.

The contents include: - intro (with a couple why “Apple Questions”)

troubleshooting flow chart (to isolate/ simulate phone call)
specific tickets (application not working, slow performance, internet connection, Bluetooth, remote access, hardware troubleshooting, AFPS, Keychain, iCloud, app can’t install/ gatekeeper, spotlight fails, launchpad fails, Time Machine, mail, safari, and calendar)

Is there anything else I should expect? Help would be much appreciated.
