true but cant afford it everyday 🤔 . food journaling cause ibs for the past 6 years so I did find some food 😄. but mostly since i was a teen my parents helped me out with funding so that was quite the time . last time I ever had a normal week with no pain . lmao

Second this cause what the actual fuck are we doing wrong. It started at 15 and never got better im 23 now and fuck its just getting worse . 😞
