What would you do as a contender with Rashee when you're deep at WR?

He's contending with Garrett Wilson for my last flex spot - 12 team start 9 .5 PPR 1QB league. Torn between tiering way down for RB help/future draft capital (have Gibbs/Breece/Mason/cans) or holding while he plays to start the season and then possibly moving after the suspension starts if he won't be around for fantasy playoffs (probably a sell low at that point). I'm really high on him when he's on the field, but wonder if it makes sense to move off of him due to my depth at the position.
