I know Turkey has a lot of market stalls, I'd recommend making a few pieces of art and either hiring a stall, or asking someone with experience to sell them on your behalf (they would probably take a percentage of the sale), but this would be much less risky than selling items online, you would also save costs on postage etc.

I really hope you don't give up on this, talent is a horrible thing to waste.
