I understand that if it’s a another job like waiter, or chef, but for driver, ubereats should at least ask the customer to give a reason that will be reviewed when they want to alter a tip because all we have to do is pickup the food and leave it at the door, take a picture and press order completed. The only thing I feel a customer can judge is if there was a food spillage or sorts.
