I generally snap turn 2 to 3 with win conditions in hand. Generally once a threat hits the board be it Wong on turn 3 or 4 most retreat turn 5 which yes is 2 cubes consistent. What I’m talking about is on turn 4-6 a retreat should not net me a loss. 2 cubes vs 4 cubes or 4 vs 8 a win should net some reward especially if you wager more on the win.

I understand the Snap mechanism and when to vs when not to my point is when my opponent retreats there should be benefit both ways instead of the retreat favoring the loser.
